  Check the GaleShield Kit SPECIFICATIONS and DIMENSIONS listed. If you have QUESTIONS OR CHANGES, please email or call our office. We will discuss the changes requested and resend the revised Quote. Review the revised Quote.

  DETERMINE WHICH KITS and QUANTITIES YOU WISH TO ORDER

  Submit your KIT and QUANTITY information for an ORDER. Select a PAYMENT METHOD [Check OR Credit/Debit Card (all types acceptable)]

  SALES ORDER

  (1) Upon submission of the KITS to be ORDERED, we will prepare a SALES ORDER and email - - (2) When it arrives: REVIEW, PRINT a copy of the SALES ORDER, SIGN where indicated, and MAIL, EMAIL, or FAX to our office (if paying by check - please mail with the SALES ORDER) - - (3) We will confirm receipt of the SALES ORDER by email - - (4) If paid by CC or DC we will process and schedule the order for fabrication - - (5) You will be advised within a few days of the production schedule and approximate Ship Date
